• John Curtis Mills made an initial appearance on a assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 20.
• Ryan Jason Papakee Jr. made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. Papakee pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Cesar Eduardo Garcia Gomez failed to make an appearance on a no insurance charge, a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge and a no valid driver’s license charge and the court found him guilty on all counts. The fine on the no insurance is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $796.75. The fine on the failure to stop charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no valid license charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.
• Wendy Maltos made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Stephanie Ann Kunch made an initial appearance on a faillure to yield upon left turn charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 22 in Magistrate Court.
• Bradly Dwayne Shultz made an initial appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge. Shultz pleaded to both counts and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.
