• David Duane Propp made an initial appearance on a trespass-second offense charge. Propp pleaded guilty and the fine is $1,000 with a $150 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $1,205.
• James Michael Angel Flores made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Flores pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $107.50 in court costs for a total of $228.25.
• Ali Brianna Leavy made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-second offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 3. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• David Sanchez made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
• Juan Manuel Saldana Diaz made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-third degree charge, a driving while barred charge and two counts of a theft-fourth degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 24.
• Michael Jay Taylor made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Juan E. Solache Cruz made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 in Magistrate Court.
