• Donavan Elvie Perdue made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge, a harassment-third degree charge and a trespass-first offense charge. These will go along with the indictable offenses with a court date of 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 24.
• Christopher Michael Hildreth made an initial appearance on 27 counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash on each count. An amended no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Renato Michele Corte made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5. A substance abuse evaluation is ordereed with the results submitted to the court.
• Taven Varnum made an initial appearance on a failure to appear and show just cause charge. Bond is set at $1,500 cash.
