• Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 7, 2026, in Magistrate Court.

• Veronica Novoa Corona made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Novoa Corona pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $796.75.

• Alejandro Sanchez Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 5, 2026.

• Kelsey Leigh Harding made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge. The court dismissed the case when proof of insurance was provided.
