• On Wednesday, Jan. 21, Shawna Groshong, 59, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining drug house, vehicle and conspire with intent to manufacture/deliver methamphetamine.

• On Wednesday, Jan. 21, Richard Dolan III, 30, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana-first offense.
