• Marisa Mae Easton made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge, a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge, a driving under suspension charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a no insurance charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel on the parole violation charge. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Easton is being held without bond. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel on the remaining new charges. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 15. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Matthew Theodore Dickerhoff made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge and an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10 a.m. on Feb. 11. Bond is set at $7,000 cash. The pre-trial conference on the assault charge is set for 9 a.m. on Jan. 16 with the jury trial set at 9 a.m. on Jan. 29. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Larry Milton made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 26.
• Kendra Christine Savage made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to display a registration plate charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 28 in Magistrate Court.
• Ryon Anthony Gary made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 26. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Dillon James Million made an initial appearance on a operation of a non-registered vehicle charge and a speeding charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 28 in Magistrate Court.
• Juana Arlet Lopez Alvarez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 28 in Magistrate Court.
• Shontionna Knox made an initial appearance on a compulsory education violation-first offense charge. Knox pleaded guilty and the fine is $100 with a $15 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $175.

• On Sunday, Jan. 4, Allen Williamson, 33, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Saturday, Jan. 3, Steven Hayden, 61, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• On Saturday, Jan. 3, Kaily Ali Shah, 43, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Saturday, Jan. 3, Justin Harris, 35, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant.
• On Saturday, Jan. 3, Travis Rhodes, 42, was arrested for no insurance-no accident and driving while license is denied or revoked.
• On Thursday, Jan. 1, Jakob Boriskey, 23, was arrested for harassment-second degree-threaten bodily injury, assault on persons in certain occupations-no injury and interference with official acts.
• On Thursday, Jan. 1, Daniel Chisum, 30, was arrested for no insurance-no accident, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and operating while under the influence-second offense.
• On Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025, Gabriel Verbeski, 37, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.
• On Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025, Starla Lincoln, 46, was arrested on a warrant.
