• Steven James Allsup made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 27.

• Diego Nathanel Murillo made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving undere suspension charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 27.

• Christina Louise Spencer made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Spencer pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Cesar Alcaraz Navarro made an initial appearance on an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. Alcaraz Navarro pleaded guilty and the fine is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.

• Garry Dwayne Adkins made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Adkins pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Exterior + Home Remodeling was found guilty of a civil infraction. The fine is $1,125 with court costs of $350 for a total of $1,475.
