• Jesus Brian Garcia Gomez made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.

Pulido Ruiz pleaded guilty to the speeding charge and the fine is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50 plus $87.36 in sheriff’s fees.

• Michael Joseph Fleck made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Fleck is being held without bond.
