• Caleb Mackenzie Janssen made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Janssen is being held without bond.

• Phylicia Marie Quincy made an initial appearance on a identity theft charge, a forgery charge, a theft-second degree charge and a violation of probation charge. Arch Wilson is appointed as counsel on all charges. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 2. Bond is set at $12,000 cash or surety. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Quincy is being held without bond on this charge.

• Connie Lynn Warren made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a failure to maintain control charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 12. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Dustin Steven Schuett made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Robert Larson is appointed as counsel.

• Ramon Mendoza Gomez Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to yield upon left turn charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 11 in Magistrate Court.

• Gina Katharina Bown made an initial appearance on a use of electronic communication device charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on March 11 in Magistrate Court.
