John “Jack” Kudelka, 66

John “Jack” Kudelka, 66, of Marshalltown, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown, Iowa.

John Herbert Kudelka was born on June 20, 1951, in Marshalltown, Iowa; he was the son of John and Dorothy Doris (Terry) Kudelka. He attended school in the Marshalltown Community School District. Jack attended MCC and learned the Tool and Die trade. On December 15, 1973, John was united in marriage to Delores Moore in Marshalltown a place they made their home. He had worked for MICA as a Family Development Specialist for more than 30 years. Jack was a member of Ducks Unlimited, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, working with his hands with his woodworking skills, he was a Dale Earnhardt Fan and enjoyed many different styles of racing. He loved to BBQ and always enjoyed feeding the neighborhood hotdogs, in his free time Jack loved to listen to music and drink a cold adult beverage.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Delores; children: John “JJ” (Elizabeth) Kudelka, Alicia (Steve) Adelmund and Shaun Owen (Rene’) Kudelka; grandchildren: Seth, Aubry, Dylan, Gavin, Gabe, Kayla, Nicholas and Jazlyn; twin brother Jerry; sisters-in-law: Sharon Uhde and Bonnie Daniels, brothers-in-law; Gene and Glen.

In death Jack rejoins his parents, John and Dorothy; sisters: Marlus Loftren, Janis Charlton, Donna Strohm, Sharron Kudelka, and Jacquelyn Kudelka, nephew Bobby Strohm.
