Betty Arterburn, 91
Funeral services for Betty Arterburn, 91, of Marshalltown, Iowa, were held on Friday, August 31, 2018, at the Bangor-Liberty Friends Church. Pastor Dave Lewis officiated the service and special music was performed by Kay Feltz and Don Davis.
Pallbearers were Gerald Graves, Ross Peterson, Jennifer Schafbuch, Nathan Peterson, Alex Peterson and Dustin Schafbuch.
Honorary Pallbearers were Neil and Peggy Martin, Chuck and Ann Nichols, Levi and Ramona Willits, John and Margaret Good, Jack Holveck, the Union-Whitten 69ers, Ann Caster and Jeanette Harless. She was laid to rest in Bangor Friends Cemetery.
Groups in attendance included Glenwood Place staff and residents, members of Bangor-Liberty Friends Church, American Legion Auxiliary and her Saturday night Bible study group from Des Moines, among others.
Mitchell Family Funeral Home was entrusted with the care of Betty and her family.
