A memorial gathering will be held from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at the Senior Center in Nevada, IA.

Deborah Lynne Shepherd was born on August 13, 1956, in Nevada, IA, to Donald and Elsie (Luing) Shepherd. On November 21, 1980, Deb was united in marriage to Ronald Q. Yakel in Marshalltown, IA. They raised 6 children, during their 45 years together.
