Survivors include three daughters: Lori (Virgil Lasley) Beck, of Tama, Dawn (Brian) Palladino, of East Lake, OH and Tara Richards (Dan Levetzow), of Marion; eight grandchildren; one great granddaughter, Viani Lasley; six brothers, Fred (Jean) Semanovich, Eddie (Paula) Semanovich, James (Chris) Semanovich, Pete (Kathy) Semanovich, Mike Semanovich and Joe Semanovich; two sisters, Peggy Hartzell and Stella (Bill) Miller and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund will be established.
