Survivors include her loving husband of over 60 years, Gene Bear, of Saratoga, AR, two sons and one daughter-in-law, Todd and Sonia Bear, of El Paso, TX and Troy Bear, of Texarkana, AR, fourteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Mrs. Bear was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church of Ashdown. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Jerry Kopel. Kenneth Joel Coye, 76, of Monroe and formerly of Toledo, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025, at his home due to a sudden illness. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, July 18, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo. Visitation will be held prior to the Graveside Service on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 10-11 AM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
