Richard Phillips

Richard Phillips, Jr., 69, lifelong resident of Ferguson, passed away Sunday morning, June 14th, at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 19th, at the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation. George Robert Oetker, 87, of Tama, Iowa, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2026, at UnityPoint-Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
