Shirley Faye (Cooper) Hall, of Marshalltown, Iowa, formerly of Toledo, passed away in her sleep the morning of December 19, 2023, just one month shy of her 94th birthday. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown and she will be laid to rest under the old oak tree, by her husband and parents, in Rose Hill Cemetery. There will be a reception at Mitchell Family Funeral Home following the funeral and burial.
