IOWA FALLS — The Iowa Valley Community College District Board of Directors approved a series of workforce-focused investments at its Sept. 9 meeting, including new authority to administer commercial driver’s license testing and more than $100,000 in design work for expanded trades training space at Ellsworth Community College.
