Conrad American Legion Auxiliary hosts June meeting

CONRAD — The first post COVID-19 quarantine meeting of Unit 681 was held at the Conrad Legion Hall at 1:30 p.m. on June 22. The meeting was called to order by President Sue Kitzman with seven members present. The president asked for the roll call of officers answered by four and the minutes of the last meeting. Rotary returns to Elmwood for luncheon meetings

After a year-long absence from Elmwood, the Marshalltown Rotary club was back in live action for its June 16 meeting. As has been the case for the past month, virtual Zoom meetings continue to be offered to membership in the spirit of social distancing. Modifications to the venue and delivery were made out of respect for pandemic concerns. Membership was reminded that the club is hosting a Community Food Drive from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on June 20 in the Fisher Community Center West Parking Lot.
