• Shane William Beckham made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Beckham pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Christian Louis Fisher made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. Breanna Nelson filed an appearance. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 22.

• Brett Gregory Quigley made an initial appearance on a sex abuse charge, a harassment charge and a violation of a no-contact order charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 22. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Julianna Garcia made an initial appearance on a supply alcohol under legal age charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 3, 2022.

• Lissa Rae Duff made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, a failure to maintain control charge and a no insurance charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 3, 2022. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Alex Anguiano made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 12, 2022, in Magistrate Court.

• Payton Garcia made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Garcia pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and court costs of $102 for a total of $252.75.

• Alicia Marie Kinzenbaw made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 19, 2022, in Magistrate Court.
