• Heather Lee Nicole Perdue made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, a use of electronic device-18 or above charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and a driving under suspension charge. Perdue pleaded guilty to no insurance, no valid driver’s license and use of electronic device charges. On the no insurance charge the fine is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the electronic device charge is $45 with a $6.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $106.75. On the driver’s license charge the fine is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.

A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2022, in Magistrate Court for the driving under suspension charge.

• Virginia Maureen Purk made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Jeff Hazen has been appointed as counsel. A probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2022. Bond will remain as posted.

• Michael Wayne King made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2022.

• Delos Lyle Steward made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge. Steward will hire Barry Kaplan to represent him as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2022. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Stud Kus Alfred made an initial appearance on two counts of a possession of methamphetamine charge, a possession of marijuana charge and two counts of a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2022. Alfred is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours.

• Jessica Anita Perez made an initial appearance on a assault on persons in certain occupations charge. Robert Anderson filed an appearance. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2022.

• Brittney Ann Hansen made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2022. Hansen is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours.

• Karen Michelle Mamor made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation charge. Pre-trial release is revoked and the bond is $5,000 cash. Pre-trial and trial dates and times remain the same.
