• Alicia Marie Vargas made an initial appearance on a providing false information charge. Vargas pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Jammar Dazmond Watkins made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2022.
• Sierra Marlene Ferneau made an initial appearance on a reckless driving charge and a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. Ferneau pleaded guilty to both charges. On the reckless driving charge the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the failure to obey a traffic control device is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210 .25.
• Felipe Bautista Enciso made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Bautista Enciso pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Ries Eseuk made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident charge, a failure to obey a traffic control device charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and a no insurance-accident charge. Eseuk pleaded guilty to all charges. On the leaving the scene charge the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine on the failure to obey a traffic control device is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine for the driver’s license charge is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354. The fine on the no insurance charge is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $796.75.
• Marco Antonio Ordaz Garcia made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2022, in Magistrate Court.
• Aleyah Lambert Powell made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence-first offense charge, an open container charge, a failure to obey a stop sign charge and a driving under suspension charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2022. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Clifton Dale Howell II made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Howell pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Skyler Jayden Harvey made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Harvey pleaded guilty to both charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $120 with a $18 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $193.
