• Lance Eugene Gibson made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on July 5. Gibson is being held without bond.

• Ismael Sacramento Corona made an initial appearance on two counts of a child endangerment charge, a driving while revoked charge, an interference with official acts charge, a fraudulent use of registration charge, a motorcycle license violation charge and a no insurance charge. Corona will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 30. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Dylan Virgil Ray Witt made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Francis Hurley is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 14. A substasubstance evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Malinda Cruz Bautista made an initial appearance on two counts of a trespass-third or subsequent offense charge. Cruz Bautista pleaded guilty and the fines are $1,285 each with a $192.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $1,532.75 for each charge.

• Pamela May Schoenhut made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Schoenhut pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• K Two Esa made an initial appearance on June 19 through a language line interpinterpretertrespass charge and a theft-fifth degree charge. Stephen Allison is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 19 in Magistrate Court.

• On Monday, June 19, Tony Harris Jr., 34, was arrested for speeding, failure to yield upon entering a stop/yield intersection, eluding, failure to use headlights, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Monday, June 19, Scott Imsland, 47, was arrested for assault.

• On Monday, June 19, Fikiri Tundu, 24, was arrested for theft-fifth degree-shoplifting.

• On Monday, June 19, Malinda Cruz Bautista, 30, was arrested for trespass-third or subsequent offense.

• On Monday, June 19, Ismael Corona, 28, was arrested for driving while license is revoked or denied.
