Arrests

• On Wednesday, Nov. 8, Charles Poafpybitty, 49, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Wednesday, Nov. 8, Jacqueline Zein, 59, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-simple.

• On Wednesday, Nov. 8, Jacob Catherwood, 30, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

Accidents

• On Tuesday, Nov. 7, a pickup driven by Chad Allan Hillers, 39, was eastbound on 160th Street when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Hillers pickup was estimated at $2,000.

• On Monday, Nov. 6, an SUV driven by Wendy Jean Reisinger, 62, of Marshalltown, was northbound on Wallace Avenue when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Reisinger SUV was estimaetd at $1,500.

• On Monday, Oct. 16, a car driven by Aidan Riley Hugen, 21 of Marshalltown, was eastbound on Main Street Road when it struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Hugen cr was estimated at $5,000.

• On Wednesday, Oct. 11, an SUV driven by Joi Marie Benedict, 68, of St. Anthony, was wetbound on 160th Street when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Benedict SUV was estimated at $3,500.
