• Carlos Jaliel Davila Romero made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. Michael Arleth is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 17, 2024. Davila Romero is being held without bond.

• David Edward Bolin made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 5, 2024. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Ryan Arthur Widger made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. John Dirks is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 16, 2024.

• Luis Fernando Mendoza Perez made an initial appearance on two counts of a dog at large charge and two counts of a rabies vaccination violation charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24, 2024, in Magistrate Court.

• Neil Jamison Molitor made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on Jan. 12, 2024.

• Christian Louis Fisher made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Ricardo Tavera Nunez made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, a driving while barred charge, a speeding charge, three counts of a failure to obey a stop sign charge, a dark windows charge and a failure to use headlamps when required charge. Joel Fenton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 16, 2024.

• Danae Marie Haynes failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Virginia Maureen Purk made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and an open container charge. Purk pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the open container is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.
