• Darrion Antonio Kemone Ruffin made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 28. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Lily Ana Acevedo made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Acevedo is being held without bond.

• Junior Chiosy made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and an interference with official acts charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 10 in Magistrate Court.

• Macario Ramirez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Julia Cutler is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 10 in Magistrate Court.

• Drew David Sasse made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a no insurance charge. Scott Hunter is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 28.

• Jessica Marie Chavarria made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Dane Hopwood is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 10 in Magistrate Court.
