Gov. Branstad appoints Chappell District Court Judge

DES MOINES – On Feb. 10, Gov. Terry E. Branstad appointed Andrew B. Chappell as judge to the 6th Judicial District. Chappell, 45, is a graduate of the University of Iowa and Michigan State University. He was appointed to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Robert E. Sosalla.

District 6 includes Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Linn and Tama counties.
