Pinnacle announces new branch manager

Pinnacle Bank announces the promotion of Tammy Kalinay to branch manager.

Kalinay joined the staff of Pinnacle Bank in March of 2012 as personal banker and consumer lender and has 14 years of banking experience. In March 2018, she was promoted to assistant vice president. In addition to her current duties as consumer lender, Kalinay will oversee the Toledo branch, including the training and development of the Toledo retail staff.

“I am pleased to announce that Tammy Kalinay has been promoted to branch manager/AVP. Tammy has been a valued employee of Pinnacle Bank, since the Toledo branch acquisition in 2012 and worked at the Toledo branch with the former bank since 2005. Tammy will continue to provide her excellent consumer lending tasks, as well as taking on the overall retail management and oversight of the Toledo branch. I look forward to her continued professional growth in this position,” Damon Morrison, president of Pinnacle Bank, said.

Kalinay resides in Toledo with her husband, Jim and has two grown sons, Dustin and Dylan. She is a board member of the South Tama County Booster Club, serving as treasurer for the last seven years and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary 2828 since 1988.

“I am truly honored to have been promoted to branch manager/AVP at Pinnacle Bank,” Kalinay said. “I look forward to working more closely with the employees and customers here at the bank and in the Tama-Toledo Community.”

Pinnacle Bank has been serving its customers since 1927, with locations in Marshalltown and Toledo.
