The 2022 Little Miss and Mr Oktemberfest were crowned in front of a growing crowd on the opening night of Marshalltown’s popular festival on Thursday, which was “Kid’s Night.” The winners were Alela Walker and Alexander Saravia. The emcee for the event was Michael Campbell of Cat Trax Productions out of Toledo.
