The westbound off-ramp to Highway 14 on Highway 30 was shut down briefly early Tuesday morning when a vehicle caught fire. Marshalltown Fire Chief David Rierson reported that while the vehicle was believed to be a total loss, no one was injured, and the road was reopened after it was cleared.
