Dwayne L. Frahm, 60, of Tama, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, at UnityPoint Health-Marshalltown. Visitation will be held Monday, March 20, 2023, from 5-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Funeral Services following at 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Oak Hill Cemetery in Tama.
Survivors include his children: Justine (Warren Woodrow) Frahm, of Phoenix, AZ and Cheyenne Frahm, of Tama; he was proud to be expecting his first grandchild in April; siblings: Cindy (Rick) Kinzenbaw, of Marengo, John Michael (Dixie) Frahm, of Brooklyn, and Colleen Frahm, of Atalissa; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
A memorial fund will be established.
