Shocked by Marshalltown tornado
I was shocked, even horrified, when I learned my former hometown had been hit by a tornado. Thank God nobody was killed. I understand the old Fantles building, and many others, were destroyed. The loss of the courthouse tower cupola was especially sad.
In my new home state of Arizona we worry about wildfires and monsoon wind and sand storms now, plus drought. It just goes to show we are never able to find a worry-free place to live. God bless and keep you all up there!
