• Charles Lynn Poafpybitty made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Poafpybitty pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Olivia Odalay Garcia made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Jan. 17, 2024. Bond is set at $1,000 cash.

• Shalene Lee Ironshield made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 11, 2024. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Bailey Gene Gibson made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Gibson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jonathan Michael Waseskuk made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 11, 2024.

• Michael Scott made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 29. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
