The MHS boys’ basketball team defeated Fort Dodge 65-63 to avenge a December loss to the Dodgers as Michael Appel posted a game high 23 points and 11 rebounds while Chanse Creekmur added 16 points and Shaun Mohon finished with 12 points.

The Lenihan ninth grader boys defeated South Tama 56-43 as Bill Berthusen hit for 26 points and pulled down 14 rebounds. The ninth grade defense pulled down 40 rebounds by the end of the game.
