P.E.O. Chapter NU met on April 15 at Elim Lutheran Church with Pastor Paul Waterman presenting a very interesting program on international coffees. He shared information about where and how coffee beans grow and are harvested. He further explained details on drying, roasting and brewing coffee. The program included seeing and smelling various beans and tasting coffees. Following the regular business meeting, Linda McGregor hosted the group with the help of Gina Boyd and Gail Reese, tea committee.
