The annual Prairieville Ladies potluck dinner was held this year at the Kopper Kettle in the Vets Home with Darlene Manz, Renie Loney and Tracy MacBeth hosting. Thirteen members and their families enjoyed delicious hot entries and several dessert choices. President Loney called the business meeting to order with the roll call, “Which do you like better-dog or cat? Why?” The minutes and treasurer’s report were read and approved. Chapter DA of the National TTT Society met on March 3 at Loretta Trullinger’s home. Doris Langenbau assisted the hostess. President Erma Meyer called the meeting to order. Program Host Edie Hodges introduced the Regional Director of UnityPoint, Shari King. King told the Matins that groundbreaking will be this July for the new 38.4 million dollar hospital, clinic and emergency room at the south campus and will be in service by late 2021 or early 2022.
