The Spinning Wheel Chapter DAR met at 1 p.m. on Sept. 16 at the Marshalltown Library with Whitney Hunt, Chapter regent, presiding with 12 members and one guest. Refreshments were served by Hostesses Diane Hobson and Janice Juchems. Chaplin Linda Schaper gave the invocation. Hunt led the members in the Pledge of Allegiance and American’s Creed.
