• David Lee Forehand made an initial appearance on a sex offender -area violation-second offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on March 12. Forehand is released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 48 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement.

• Sherry Ileen Lloyd made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Lloyd pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on April 8 in Magistrate Court.

• Ryan Clemens made an initial appearance on a forgery charge and a burglary-second degree charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 13. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Derek Ray Edwards made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on March 13.

A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.
