* Felly Litalema Amisi made an initial appearance on a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge, a failure to appear for a plea hearing charge and failure to appear for a forfeiture hearing charge. The District Associate Court will set the date and time for the contempt hearing and the forfeiture hearing. The plea hearing is rescheduled for 11:55 a.m. on Feb. 1. Bond is set at $5,000 cash for all cases. There is s new no-contact order issued for the protected party and a gun rights prohibition has been issued.

* Nemetek Esefan made an initial appearance on a operating while under the influence charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 8. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

* Sandra Pahola Velez Trejo made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 22.

* Jason Allen Smith made an initial appearance on a dominion/control of an offensive weapon by a domestic abuser charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 30. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

* Martin Hernandez Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Hernandez Rodriguez pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

* Maurilia Escamilla Martinez made an initial appearance on a failure to maintain control charge. Escamilla Martinez pleaded guilty and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. Escamilla Martinez also pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

* Adrianna Lynn Orozco Palmarez failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

* Tahchelle Marie Thomas failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

* Simon Yoal Kolan failed to appear for a contempt hearing. The contempt hearing is rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 16.

* Alexis Kaylynn Reeves made an initial appearance on two counts of a child endangerment charge, a possession of a controlled substance charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 6. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

* Carlos Daniel Ceniceros made an initial appearance on two counts of a child endangerment charge and a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 6. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

* Jose Carmen Orozco Ramirez made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 8.
