• Rodger William Roberts III made an initial appearance on a sexual exploitation of a minor charge, a depicting minor in sex act charge and two counts of a harassment charge. Chad Frese is acting as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on March 27. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Williams Eugene Whytus mader an initial appearance on a sex offender-verification violation-second or subsequent offense charge, a probation violation charge and a parole violation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is at 9:30 a.m. on March 27. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. The District Associate Court will set the date for the probation revocation hearing. The Administrative Law Judge will set the date for the parole revocation hearing. Whytus is being held without bond on the last two violations.
• Benito Rene Hernandez made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The pre-trial conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on April 26 with a jury trial at 9 a.m. on May 9.
• A 17-year-old female made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge and a person under 21 using tobacco or vapor product-first offense charge. The juvenile pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the curfew charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine for the tobacco/vapor product charge is $70.
• Allah Holmes made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 6. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Jeffrey Fuentes made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-second offense charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 6. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Capone Singh made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge and a possession of cocaine-first offense charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Jason Patrick White made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 19 in Magistrate Court.

• On Thursday, March 16, Rodger Roberts III, 22, was arrested on a warrant charging him with two counts of harassment-first degree-sexting, sexploitation of a minor-purchase/possess and sexual exploitation of a minor-cause to engage in act.
• On Thursday, March 16, Williams, 43, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of parole, violation of probation and sex offender registration regulation violation-against minor.
