Henson, a sophomore golfer at Drake University and a 2022 Marshalltown High School graduate, trailed Kaitlyn Hanna by one shot over the three-day tournament (July 16-18) at Finkbine Golf Course.
Hanna, a sophomore at the University of Iowa, shot a three-day total of 77-74-71–222 on her collegiate home course, while Henson carded 76-74-73–223.
