• Jammar Dazmond Watkins made an initial appearance on a forgery charge, an identity theft under $1,500 charge and a false application for an identification card or driver’s license charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 1. Bond is set at $7,000 cash or surety.

• Clarence Castile Jr. made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Castile pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

Accidents

• On Thursday, April 17, an SUV driven by Elizabeth Ann Ledvina, 60, of Toledo, was northbound on Highway 330 when it struck a turkey on the passenger side window. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Ledvina SUV was estimated at $7,500.
