FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

The City’s revenues totaled $52,683,593 for the year ended June 30, 2025, a 4 percent decrease from 2024. Expenses for the year ended June 30, 2025 totaled $40,647,157, a 2 percent decrease from the prior year.

AUDIT FINDINGS

Eide Bailly LLP reported one finding. The finding addresses material audit adjustments. Oversight is typically defined as the “watchful and responsible care” a governing body exercises in its fiduciary capacity.

A copy of the audit report is available for review at City Hall and on the Auditor of State’s website at: auditor.iowa.gov/audit-reports. The City Council will review and approve the Fiscal Year 2025 Audit at its regular meeting of July 13.
