Library to host Colonial America storytelling program
Storyteller Darrin Crow is returning to the Marshalltown Public Library at 2 p.m. on June 28. To celebrate America’s 250th birthday, Crow will be telling stories of Americans over the last 250 years who have worked to make this country a better place.
These stories bring the streets of old Boston and Philadelphia and the battles of the Revolution to life. It includes stories of John Paul Jones, the Blacksmith of Brandywine and Molly Pitcher. Bring the family and friends and enjoy an afternoon of Americana.
