Iowa Legal Aid provides free legal assistance to low-income Iowans in civil (noncriminal) cases. Iowa Legal Aid is a member Agency of the Marshalltown United Way. A Ceremony of Remembrance for those lost during the terror attacks on the United States of America that occurred Sept. 11, 2001 will be held at the Marshalltown Police and Fire Headquarters on Sept. 11.
