• Henry M. Vicenik made an initial appearance on a forgery charge, an unauthorized use of a credit card charge and a identity theft charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on April 24. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Jessica Renea Darrah made an initial appearance on a forgery charge and a theft-fifth degree charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on April 24. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Cameisha Chavala Underwood made an initial appearance on three counts of a conspiracy to commit an aggravated misdemeanor charge and two counts of a conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on April 24. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Kimberly Sue Kent made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. She pleaded guilty and the fine is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50, due within 30 days.

• Wyatt James Stonewall made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. Stonewall will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on April 24. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

Friday

• Syler Jerome Johnson made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for arraignment hearing charge. The public defender’s office will continue as counsel. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled at 1 p.m. on April 25. The previously posted bond will continue until the conclusion of this case.

• Ryan Heath Chaplin made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-third offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on April 24. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. If he owns or possesses any firearms or ammunition, Chaplin is to contact the Marshall County Sheriff’s office within 24 hours to make arrangements to surrender them. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Yolonda Arlene Rowley made an initial appearance on a operating while intoxicated-second offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on May 3. Rowley is released on her promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted within 60 days.

• Wyatt J. Stonewall made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Stonewall is being held without bond.

• Jose Luis Avalos Lopez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred-habitual offender charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on May 3. Avalos Lopez is released on his promise to appear.

• Rolland Danner made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9 a.m. on May 10 in Magistrate Court.

• Nyanyul Abiel Padiet made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge and a trespass charge. He pleaded guilty to both charges. On the public intoxication charge the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. The fine on the trespass charge is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $272.75. All payments are due within 30 days.
