• Samantha Rachelle Zouaki made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, 10 counts of a failure to obey a traffic control device charge, a leaving the scene of an accident charge, a speeding charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. • Jacob Damon Rilatos made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge and a violation of a no-contact order charge. Benjamin Harris-Medina is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 24 in Magistrate Court.

• Victor Antonio Delgadillo made an initial appearance on a trafficking in stolen weapons-first offense charge, a possession of cannabidiol-first offense charge and a person under 21 using tobacco/vapor product-first offense charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 7. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• William T. Myers made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Myers pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $9.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $134.75.

• Damon Matthew Myers made an initial appearance on an assault displaying a dangerous weapon charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 7.

• Tyler Jade Jordan made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 7.

• On Tuesday, April 16, Jacob Rilatos, 27, was arrested on a warrant charging him with two counts of violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court and domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.
