• Patrick Allen Chamberlin made an initial appearance first set: on a theft-first degree charge, a possession of a controlled substance-marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge, a possession of methamphetamine-third or subsequent offense charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, a no insurance charge, a fraudulent use of registration charge, a failure to display registration plate charge; second set: on a ongoing criminal conduct charge, on 14 counts of a forgery charge, on four counts of a theft-fourth degree charge, on eight counts of a theft-fifth degree charge, on failure to display a registration plate charge, a fraudulent use of registration charge, a no insurance charge and on a violation of a restricted license charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 7. Bond for the first set is $10,000 cash only and bond on the second set is $25,000 cash only.

• Russell Junior Gentry made an initial appearance on 57 counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jennifer Bonzer is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 8. Bond is set at $5,000 cash bond. If he owns or possesses any firearms or ammunition, Gentry is to contact the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office within 24 hours to make arrangements to surrender them. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Juan Carlos Gallardo Rodriguez made an initial appearance through a Spanish interpreter on a operating while intoxicated-first offense charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 16. Gallardo Rodriguez was released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Joseph D. Slocum made an initial appearance on a operating while intoxicated-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 16. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Tanya Katheryn Netolicky made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. She pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Nicholas Glenn, of Union, made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-meth-second offense charge and a trespass charge. The public defender’s office was tentatively appointed, awaiting application for counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Aug. 7. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days of release.

• Aaron Lee Dolash made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. He pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Anna Louise Ferneau made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. She pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge, a $10 DARE surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $282.75, due within 30 days.

• Lucia Silva Olivares made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 16 in Magistrate Court.

• Guadalupe Martinez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 30 in Magistrate Court.
