Court — Monday

• Trevion Devante Hardin made an initial appearance on three counts of attempted murder charges, three counts of reckless use of a firearm causing serious injury charge, three counts of willful injury charge, three counts of intimidation with a dangerous weapon charge and a going armed with intent charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on April 25. Bond is set at $1,000,000 cash or surety. Three no-contact orders have been issued for the protected parties.

• Damon Ramsey Whitebreast made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a pre-trial conference charge. The pre-trial conference will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

• Robert Bowen mae an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on May 3. Bowen is released on his promise to appear.

• Ryan Patrick Clemens made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Clemens pleaded guilty and a deferred judgment hearing will be held at 9:30 a.m. on May 6 in Magistrate Court.

• Carlos Jaliel Davila Romero made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a no valid driver’s license charge and a driving under suspension charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on May 3. Bond will remain as posted until the conclusion of this case.

• Miguel Reyes Jr. made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. Reyes pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on May 22 in Magistrate Court.

• Jacob R. Schmidt made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Schmidt pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Maria Josephina Urbina made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on May 3. Urbina is released on her promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Fabrice Bilonda Ilunga was found guilty of failure to stop in the assured, clear distance and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Jilissa Rose Weatherly was found guilty on a no insurance-accident charge and the fine is $500 with a $175 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $735, due within 30 days.
