• Phillip Samuel Head made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge and a pre-trial release violation. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Head is being held without bond on this charge. Pre-trial release was revoked and a bond of $5,000 cash only was instated.

• Kindra Dawn Gentry made an initial appearance on three counts of a child endangerment charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 3. Gentry was released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 72 hours to sign a pre-trial release agreement. As a condition of release, Gentry is to obtain a mental health evaluation within 30 days from Center Associates. No-contact orders have been issued for the protected parties.

• Bounchanh Noi Phetsomphou made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver charge, a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge and a keeping a premises or vehicle for the purpose of using or selling drugs charge. Phetsomphou will hire her own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on May 24. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Michelle Mi Senethavysouk made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver charge, a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge, a child endangerment charge and a keeping a premises or vehicle for the purpose of using or selling drugs charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 5. Senethavysouk is released on her promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Brandon Senethavysouk made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver charge, a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge and a keeping a premises or vehicle for the purpose of using or selling drugs charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on May 24. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Justin Senethavysouk made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver charge, a failure to affix a drug tax stamp charge, a carrying weapons charge and a keeping a premises or vehicle for the purpose of using or selling drugs charge. Senethavysouk will hire his own counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on May 24. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Jose Everardo Cervantes Zaracoza made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 5. Cervantes Zaracoza was released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Raylyn Katherine Finders made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on June 5. Finders was released on her promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Dustin Inman made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The parol revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Court judge and the Department of Correctional Services. Inman is being held without bond.

• Luis Gabriel Guajardo made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jennie Wilson Moore is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on May 29 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Codi Michael Heinrichs made an initial appearance on an assault charge. Heinrichs pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on June 19 in Magistrate Court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Diego Alfredo Nunez Flores made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a stop sign violation charge. Nunez Flores pleaded guilty to both charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and a $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The fine on the stop sign violation is $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Joshua Steven Nelson made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on June 3.

• Javier Solis made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Solis pleaded not guilty to both charges. A pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on June 26 in Magistrate Court.
