• Zachary Ryan Nulph made an initial appearance on a burglary-second degree charge, a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge, an assault charge and a contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order charge. Matthew Lindholm has been hired as counsel. A trial date has been set for 9 a.m. on Jan. 14, 2020 on the burglary and criminal mischief charges. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 8, 2020, in Magistrate Court for the assault charge. A contempt hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 13 in Magistrate Court for the contempt charge. • Kyle Joseph Donohue made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 23. Donohue is released on his promise to appear. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Cody Rodemeyer amde an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Dec. 23. Rodemeyer was released on his promise to appear.
• Jose Alfredo Angel Medina made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The arraignment hearing is set for 1 p.m. on Dec. 11. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.
• Gerald Serrill Ridgley made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge and a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge. The preliminary hearing is scheduled a 1 p.m. on Dec. 23. Ridgley is released on his promise to appear. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court within 60 days.

• Angela Lynn Diamond made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus charge. Diamond pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 8, 2020, in Magistrate Court.
• Anita Garcia Aviles made an initial appearance on a striking unattended vehicle charge and a no insurance-accident charge. Aviles produced proof of insurance and this charge was dismissed with court costs of $60 assessed. Aviles pleaded guilty to the striking an unattended vehicle charge and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.
• Ernesto Garcia made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Garcia pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 8, 2020, in Magistrate Court.
• Christopher Lawrence Hicks made an initial appearance on a operation without registration charge. Hicks pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 8, 2020, in Magistrate Court.
